Today we get a first look at not only the exterior, but also the interior of the car, which offers all four passengers full seats and of course everything else you would expect from a luxury car. We cannot wait to see it on the roads.
It's like they read my mind. Upon listening to the screwed up segment in November 18th I was like damn they should've chopped the whole song but for them to do the whole mixtape is just amazing
Harads is a tree hotel concept inverted by Swedish architects Tham & Videgard Hansson. The tree hotel with a small kitchen, terrace, living area and sleeping area is good enough to spend a small, or even an extended vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded city life.

San Diego is hoping that when you dock on the West Coast you'll want to pull your yacht into Fifth Avenue Landing. The 12-slip facility welcomes yachts between 65 and 300 feet. It is located near the San Diego Convention Center and offers concierge service, wireless internet connection, parking and controlled access. The marina is part of San Diego's bid to become the boating capital of the West. There are several other marinas in the area including Kona Kai Marina and Shelter Island Marina. The San Diego Superyacht Association was formed in 2008 to bring together the city's leading marine businesses and cater to the megayacht market. The 225 ft Feadship megayacht Attessa already spent several weeks at the facility this year.

So sad that the King of Pop squandered his fortune should've left those little boys alone.

The sale is being organized by Julien’s Auction House and will take place in Los Angeles from April 22nd to April 25th 2009. There are some really interesting items with a wide range of prices which could bring in a lot of cash to M.J. The auction book alone is $500 but looks like a solid investment fr any fan:

The Wealth Bulletin has come up with a list of the 10 most expensive streets in the world. Granted, this isn't an inexact science, but the list includes some jaw-dropping price-per-square-foot numbers for some of the richest blocks on earth.
Topping the list is Monaco’s Avenue Princess Grace, the palm-lined street named after Grace Kelly that overlooks the water. Forget buying a house there — just getting a beer at Jimmy’s Bar on the Avenue will set you back more than $100. But living on the avenue gets you a chance to rub elbows with Russian oligarchs, Middle Eastern oil sheikhs and the occasional Monaco royal.
The two streets to make the list from the U.S. are New York City’s Fifth Avenue and Carolwood Drive in Beverly Hills.
Here is the complete list, with some sample property prices as tallied by Wealth Bulletin:
1. Avenue Princess Grace, Monaco — $17,750 per square foot.
2. Severn Road, Hong Kong — $11,200 per square foot.
3. Fifth Avenue, New York City — $7,500 per square foot.
4. Kensington Palace Gardens, London — $7,196 per square foot.
5. Avenue Montaigne, Paris — $5,046 per square foot.
6. Ostozhenka, Moscow — $3,738 per square foot
7. Via Suvretta, St. Moritz — $3,551 per square foot
8. Carolwood Drive, Beverly Hills — $2,803 per square foot
9. Wolseley Road, Sydney — $2,616 per square foot.
10. Altamount Road, Mumbai — $2,336 per square foot.
